Grease, grime, debris, and bird droppings build up on your windows. We use state of the art equipment with proper solutions and techniques to release this build up and leave you with streak free clean windows.
Our gutter cleaning is done by hand or by using our high powered 3 engine vacuum. After cleaning, we rinse the gutters to ensure water flows freely through the gutters into the down spouts and away from the foundation. We check all down spouts from the gutters, along the wall and all the way to the foundation to make sure there is no leaks. We will do any repairs if required.
We do it all: driveways, walkways, side-walks, patios, decks, bricks, old paint removal, fencing, parking lots, and more.
We use different pressure washers for different jobs:
3800 PSI high powered washing.
4000 PSI hot water washing.
4500 PSI surface washer.
With our diverse powered washing machines, different nozzles for precision and the right solutions, we can clean almost anything.
Our soft washing unit uses a high volume of water with low pressure to prevent damage. Using this method will allow us to safely and effectively clean and remove dirt, mold, mildew and all other debris from your sidings, windows, decks, and tiled roofs.
There are many different methods to remove moss. We scrape it by hand along each shingle to ensure it has been completely removed. After removing the moss, we then treat the roof with environmentally safe moss treating solution to prevent it from growing back. Our method is the safest for the roof and will extend its life.
Construction clean up is very highly labour intensive.
We will make sure newly built or renovated homes are perfectly clean before the owners move in and take possession.
